2. Is the kit safe for my baby?

Yes. The materials used in our kits are designed to be non-toxic and baby-safe when used as directed. If your child has very sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend doing a small patch test first or consulting with your pediatrician.

3. At what age can I use the kit?

You can use the kit from newborn age. Most parents use it between 0–12 months for the tiniest prints, but it can also be used for slightly older babies and toddlers depending on hand and foot size.

4. Can I redo the print if I mess up?

In most cases, yes. For clay-style kits, you can usually reshape the clay and try again a few times before it begins to harden. For ink or inkless kits, multiple sheets are often included so you can redo the print if needed.

5. What’s included in the kit?

Contents may vary by version, but typically include:

6. How long does it take to make the keepsake?

The actual hand or foot impression only takes a few seconds. Clay kits may require additional time to prepare the clay and allow it to dry fully. Drying can take 24–72 hours depending on thickness and environment.

7. Will the print last forever?

Our kits are designed to create a keepsake that can last many years when properly made and stored. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight, excessive heat, or very humid areas to help preserve it.

8. Do you offer gift packaging?

The kit is designed to be gift-ready and presentable. Additional gift wrapping options may be added in the future. You can always include a personal note when giving it as a gift.

9. Do you ship worldwide?

10. How long does shipping take?

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days. After shipment, typical delivery times are:

12. What is your return policy?
