This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled by LittleLegacy Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)
Customers are responsible for:

All return shipping costs

Ensuring the product is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless required by law.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3. Return Address
For security reasons, our return address is provided only after a return request has been approved.
Once you contact us, we will review your request and—if eligible—send you the correct return address and instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Kits with opened packaging

Items damaged due to customer misuse

If an item appears used or not in original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the defect/damage
Eligible cases may receive:

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are not refundable.
If your return is denied, the product will not be returned to you unless you cover reshipment costs.
7. Cancellations & Order Changes
Order changes or cancellations may be possible only before your order has been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be made.
If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
